standard size studio for esthetician (100 square feet)
It has a sliding glass door, built-in cabinetry, and a utility sink.

It is located in the South Shore Center adjacent to Safeway & Trader Joe’s. It has 36 beautifully crafted brand-new salon suites. This is one of our nicer Sola locations—the owner is spending a ton of money on the interior, everything will be brand new: flooring, high ceilings, large chandelier in the entrance and sconces in the hallways.
