Our location is a high-end beauty salon and spa environment, providing high visibility, traffic, easy access, and plentiful free parking. You and your clients will love popping over to Sarmentine Bakery to grab a coffee and pastry. Imagine being close to restaurants, cafes, and cocktail lounges, all just steps away.
At Beauty House Salon Suites, you own and operate your own individually licensed salon and control every aspect of your business (days, hours, pricing, décor, retail). You have all day access to your studio so you can work when you want.
Studios start at $299 per week and are move-in ready with salon chairs, mirrors and cabinets—everything you need to open your own salon and provide a premium, one-on-one experience for your clients.
We offer small to large studios for those wanting some extra space, and standard single studios perfect for individual entrepreneurs.
