Job Title: E-bike Tour Guide
Location: Santa Cruz, California
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time; flexible scheduling available.
Responsibilities:
Lead eBike tours, providing engaging and informative commentary about the local area, history, and points of interest.
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of tour participants throughout the duration of the eBike tour.
Assist with bike setup and basic maintenance as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive, memorable experience for tour guests.
Requirements:
Passion for cycling, eBikes, and the Santa Cruz area.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage a group in an outdoor setting.
Knowledge of basic bike maintenance and repair is a plus.
Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Available to work at least one weekend day a week.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or outdoor guiding is preferred but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
Bonus Qualifications:
You have experience as a bike mechanic.
You know how to do marketing, flyering, and communicating with hotels.
