No prior experience? No problem. Help us build one of the top programs in the country. Full transparency the pay borders on volunteer work. Someone with a general fitness, cycling, water polo, strength training, triathlon, yoga, spin bike, physical therapy, sports massage or swimming background would all be valuable.

We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn and passionate about helping students thrive.

About the Role

Volunteer position with stipend (perfect for someone local).

Flexible scheduling – we’ll work around your availability.

Head coach usually present, but you’ll occasionally step in to lead.

Amazing opportunity to make a lasting impact on motivated high school athletes.

Ideal for someone who wants to be part of a long-term vision (5–10 years and beyond).

You’ll help with:

Strategizing and brainstorming program growth

Recruiting and developing new athletes

Collaborating with other coaches – you won’t do it alone!
