I have a two story salon located at 6892B Soquel Ave with two treatment rooms that I am wanting to convert to shared spaces (if you are interested in renting full time that is a possibility also)
The areas have been used myself and another esthetician for the past year but now wanting to open up the space to other licensed professionals to make it a more collaborative space which will also involve a slight rebranding of the salon to do so. Attached will be photos of the current set up but in the near future more cabinetry space will be added to make more inclusive for whatever new additions come in to join the salon.
I am the owner and currently pregnant and will be taking some time away and uncertain how many days a week I will be willing to work once our little guy arrives. I have a full clientele currently that any person hired will have full access to and I will refer them to you for your services.
This will be a great place to grow since we have a great relationship with nearby businesses including the awesome location with ample parking.
