Bamboo Spa & Bamboo Nails is looking for a reliable, polished Weekend Front Desk Associate to support our guest experience on Saturdays and Sundays.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, hospitality, and being the calm point of contact in a busy environment.
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the front desk 9:00-6:30 pm
Greeting and checking in guests
Managing phones and bookings
Supporting service flow between spa and nail services
Maintaining a clean, organized front desk
Documenting and escalating issues appropriately
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable weekend availability
Comfortable following systems and checklists
Spa, salon, or retail experience a plus
