Title: Assistant Cloud Applications Administrator

Reports to: Cloud Applications Systems Administrator

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, Hybrid Options Available

About the Role:

Join our innovative IT team as an Assistant Cloud Application Administrator. The primary focus of this position is to develop a deep understating of the numerous cloud-based information systems. Assist on various IT projects and provide support to the internal IT team with escalated technical issues.

Responsibilities:

Keep management consistently informed about project developments and milestones.

Ensure strict confidentiality and security of all company data.

Contribute to additional tasks as needed.

Assist and routinely take direction from the Sr. Cloud Applications Administrator.

Keep up to date on the latest cyber security threats.

Assist with system administration.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Strong understanding of both business and technical cloud applications.

Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Current knowledge of the latest IT technologies.

Experience implementing and administering cloud-based systems in a dynamic organization.

Experience working effectively with non-technical teammates.

Ability to be accountable with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Resilience under pressure and adeptness at managing interruptions.

Solid customer service focus and a collaborative team player.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Experience in working independently, one on one, as well as with a team, effectively organize multiple priorities and meet agreed-on deadlines.

Ability to balance friendly, service-oriented relationship with employees, while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Experience working under pressure with frequent interruptions on tasks that require attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Office 365, Zendesk, CRM, Okta, KnowBe4, LMS systems, and other SaaS/Cloud-based applications.

Familiarity with OAuth, RESTful APIs, and API authentication methods.

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Azure).

Previous system administration experience.

Proficiency in Windows 10/11.

Practical knowledge of multi-user cloud-based systems.

Prior experience with database products.
