Job Duties:
O365/Exchange Administration: Managing and supporting all aspects of the O365 environment, with a primary focus on Exchange Online, including mailbox management, user permissions, and ensuring optimal system performance.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving issues related to email services, Office applications, and overall O365 functionality, providing prompt technical support to users.
Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date documentation of system configurations, administrative procedures, and best practices related to O365 and Exchange operations.
Email Policies and Transport Management: Reviewing and managing email policies and transport rules to ensure compliance, security, and efficient email routing across the organization.
Ad-hoc O365 related urgent projects and efforts.
eDiscovery and Public Records Act requests.
