We are expanding our support desk and on-site team and want to find people who love talking
to customers, are eager to make IT problems disappear, and are fun to work

What You Will Do
Supporting customers through email, phone and remote access systems
Support the customers using those devices both remotely and on-site
Monitor systems
Maintain knowledge base
Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices
Qualifications for the Job
Incredible customer service and time management skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience working on a team
Desktop management experience for Windows systems
Mobile Device management experience for Android and Apple
Experience with O365 and cloud services

Compensation
Competitive wages based on experience: $41,600.00 to $56,160.00 /year
