Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Freelance Radio Sales Representative to sell advertising solutions to local and regional businesses.
As a freelance sales rep, you’ll identify prospects, present advertising options, negotiate rates, and close sales — all while managing your own schedule and client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell on-air/online advertising to local and regional businesses.
Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and work with station management, production, and programming to ensure ad campaigns are delivered effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven track record in broadcast media sales, advertising, marketing, or related B2B sales preferred but not required.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Compensation:
Commission-Only Structure - Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
