We have an immediate opening for a team player that can support video production of live and hybrid events. This is a technical position requiring experience. Estimated hours per week, 10-16 hours per week. Could work into a full time position. Work week and hours will vary but are generally known in advance. This person will work with clients and other production personal.

Production will include Broadcast and Webcast setup and production using our equipment. For in-person events, this includes setting up and operating cameras, switchers and audiovisual equipment.

At this time, we are producing virtual and hybrid productions. Technicians will work at our off-site or on-site control room, pulling in speaker video feeds, integrating graphics and audio.

OVERVIEW:

- Experience with the technical aspects of virtual and hybrid events

- Have experience with broadcast equipment including troubleshooting equipment

- Direct and technical direct LIVE switching between multiple cameras and other sources

- Setup and break down of production van to include video cameras, video interfaces, cable runs, operation of analog and/or digital audio mixer, video switcher, video/audio playback,

- Camera operator, technical director for on-site and virtual events.

- Create still and motion graphics; for example logos, titles, opening/closing, lower thirds. May be required to use templates.

- Good grammar and spelling of the English language

- Convey a professional manner

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Professional experience in live event/broadcasting and webcasting

- Setup and cabling of video sources including manned and unmanned cameras, computers, playback and recording devices, converters

- Able to operate and troubleshoot all equipment with minimal direction

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be dependable, responsible and a team player.

2. Ability to follow oral and written instructions

3. Excellent eyesight with ability to see color

4. Excellent hearing

5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

6. Ability to sit for long periods of time

7. High school diploma and minimum AA degree or a course of study in video or digital production.

8. Must speak and understand the English language fluently.

9. Must not live more than thirty minutes from the Tri-Valley

10. Minimum age requirement 18.

11. Must have own transportation and a clean driving record.
