DentPro Colors, Inc. is a moderate sized auto body, paint and collision repair shop in Concord. We have plenty of work and looking for someone with experience in all aspects of metal repairs.
Looking for a Lead "A-Technician" that can weld, replace panels and is up to date on OEM specifications and repair methods. We use latest software and estimating systems. Pay is determined upon experience. We are not a direct repair shop and do not care to be. We take pride in our work even working with 70% insurance, 30% out of pocket repairs. Our quality of repairs are high and have a lower pressure environment than an assembly line type shop. We are a family and value our employees.
Compensation:
Flat rate or hourly depending on qualifications. Retirement (401K) package, Medical plan compensation, Vacation, Sick pay, 9 paid holidays a year and Bonuses are just a few perks of working for our company. We are like a family here. Must have experience (3-5 years minimum) with metal and body repairs. No Newbies please. This position is for metal and heavy repair technicians. I-CAR certs is a huge plus. We are looking for someone to grow and stay with us long term.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday with 30 minute lunch and 2 paid breaks.
Where: Concord, CA.
Pay: To be decided, flat rate or hourly to be decided upon experience and I-car certs. We also offer raises for hourly employees and bonuses. Our 401k package and 9 paid holidays, plus PTO and sick pay are very competitive. Own set of tools/cart is required.
This position requires physical strength. All Technicians Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time and be physically able to complete all repairs. We are an equal opportunity Employer.
