Our busy family owned/operated shops are located in San Rafael. We need a full-time estimator, (Mon.-Fri., 9 hours/day). Signing bonus after three months of employment.

Prepare an accurate damage report
Clarify repair process expectations for the customer, insurance company, and the production staff
Promote company culture
Connect with and engage customers
Capture sales and customers’ authorizations to repair
ONLY provide Production Department with vehicles that are ready to be repaired
Secure preliminary payment from non-DRP insurance repairs
Requirements:
High school Diploma/ GED
Valid Drivers license
Experience a plus
