S&R Motors is expanding! We are excited to announce the opening of our new Collision Center and are looking for skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team. If you have experience in auto body repair, painting, or shop management, we want to hear from you!
Positions Available:
1.Auto Body Technician
Perform structural and non-structural repairs on vehicles.
Repair or replace damaged body parts.
Ensure repairs are completed to industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
2. Auto Body Painter
Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
Mix and match paint colors.
Apply paint and clear coats to vehicles.
Perform touch-ups and finish work.
3.Auto Body Shop Manager
Oversee daily operations of the collision center.
Manage team of technicians and painters.
Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs.
Maintain inventory and order supplies.
4.Estimator
Assess vehicle damage and provide repair estimates.
Communicate with customers and insurance companies.
Ensure accurate and detailed estimates.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of repair techniques and industry standards.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in the auto body repair industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
For managerial positions: proven leadership and management experience.
