Job Description:
As an Auto Glass Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by delivering expert auto glass installation and repairs. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, offering opportunities for growth as we continue to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing damaged auto glass and determining the appropriate repair or replacement method
Installing and repairing windshields, door glass, back glass, and other auto glass components on various vehicles
Ensuring all installations and repairs meet company and industry standards
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in auto glass installation or repair is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
A desire to learn and grow within the company
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
