We are a well established custom upfitter and general auto repair shop with a great reputation for honesty
and quality that has expanded to a new full service facility. It is a fast paced and interesting place to
work where everybody involved performs a key role in the daily operations and success of the shop. We are
currently looking for a lead mechanic / technician who has the experience necessary to maintain our high
standards of repair and customer service. Most of our customers drive trucks, sport utility vehicles and
passenger vans, but we also see our fair share of sedans and coupes. We also work on fleet vehicles,
so knowledge of larger trucks is helpful.
Job Summary of the Automotive Technician / Journeyman
Performing requested repair work in a productive and efficient manner
Performing Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostics
Performing Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
Heavy Duty Repair Work, Engine and Transmissions
Communicate with service advisors to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed
and future repair requirements
Responsibilities and Duties of the Automotive Technician / Journeyman
Must have a valid driverâs license
Must have your own tools (diagnostic equipment a plus)
Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
A fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
Ensures Customer Vehicles are kept clean and treated with respect
Must be a helpful Team Player
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station
