We design and build new homes, ADU’s, remodels, additions, decks, siding, etc.
Our focus is green building.
You must be punctual, responsible, a good communicator and care about the quality of your work. Safety and team player most important. Must have basic tools and truck/ dependable vehicle. No phone use during the work day, just on breaks/ lunch.
Motivated, interested in learning is essential.
Skill level: could be advanced laborer or highly skilled all the way to fine finish carpenter or project manager. What’s most important is your attitude and aptitude and ability to get along with the crew. No drugs or alcohol issues. We all like to work hard and make beautiful homes We do foundation thru to finish carpentry.
Pay depends on experience.
