Established East Bay General Contractor looking for a qualified and organized individual to work in our general construction and maintenance department.
To be considered for this position applicants will need to meet the following qualifications for this position:
5 years experience in all aspects of carpentry.
Metal frame, drywall patching and painting.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Ability to work weekends and evening hours on occasion.
Good communication, organizational and documentation skills.
Follow-up, follow-through qualities are a must.
Neat and clean appearance.
Clean DMV.
Background check may be required.
Random drug testing.
