-Framer/Finish Carpenter needed! We are a medium size residential/commercial GC located in San Jose looking for a highly skilled journeyman framer/carpenter to join our team and lead structural projects or finish projects in the field, bags-on. We perform projects typically ranging from addition remodels to new custom home construction. we are looking to expand with a responsible, punctual, skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly lead carpenter with a good attitude. Someone who completely understands structural foundation and framing plans, spot hardware, knows floor, wall, and roof framing. Also extensive knowledge of finish carpentry such as doors, windows, cabinets, siding, etc. Any additional skills is a plus.
We offer competitive pay and PTO/vacation after probation period. Qualifications are: Must be fluent in English, must have minimum 10 years experience as a framer/carpenter, must have transportation, no substance abuse, have knowledge of residential construction systems, methods, theorys, and own basic hand and power tools. Work truck/van is a plus $.
Also looking for experienced drywall patchers that can hand, tape, and finish textures of all kinds that speak English, have good attitude, basic tools, and reliable.
