Job Description
Golden Gate Home Inspections is seeking a Certified Home Inspector to join our team.
Whether you are an experienced inspector or looking to break into the industry with
relevant background skills, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will perform thorough home
inspections, provide detailed reports, and deliver exceptional customer service. If you have an

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive home inspections (including structure, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more).
Assess properties for defects, safety hazards, and needed repairs.
Generate clear, detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to clients.
Provide excellent customer service and professional advice to homebuyers and real estate professionals.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to schedule inspections and manage client relationships.
Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and local/state regulations.
Qualifications
Certification in home inspection (e.g., InterNACHI, ASHI) preferred but not required.
Relevant background or experience in construction, real estate, or property management is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to self-manage. This job is great for those who value independence in their day-to-day work!
Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and reliability.
Computer skills to generate reports and communicate via email, slack and text.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
