We are a leading custom closet company looking for a helper on our install team.
Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment while maintaining quality of work.
Customer service and maintaining good communication with our clients.
Be respectful and personable, we work in the personal spaces of our clients homes.
Good hygiene is necessary, we work closely with clients and other team members in small work areas.
Drive company vans and Box trucks.
Assist team leaders in the installation of closets and cabinets.
Unload tools and materials from vehicle to work space.
Maintain safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs up and down stairs as well as work on ladders and in small spaces.
Clean DMV record.
Provide ID and Social Security.
Experience with power tools.
Customer service skills.
Availability to work overtime hours as needed.
Vehicles and tools are provided. Our benefit package includes vacation time, retirement, and medical coverage. Average starting pay for helpers is $28, but exact pay is based on level of experience. We work Monday-Friday and rotate Saturday work as needed. Working hours are planned from 7:00-3:30 but we don't leave until the job is done, so the stop time is unpredictable.
