We are hiring Commercial HVAC Installers at all levels — entry-level and experienced (Welding is a plus).
About the Role
Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment
Work may be performed in our Hayward shop or on active jobsites throughout the Bay Area
Welding experience is a plus
If you’re motivated to learn, we’re willing to train
What We’re Looking For
Reliability and strong work ethic
Ability to work safely on active construction sites
Willingness to learn mechanical installation & could include shop fabrication.
Experience in commercial HVAC installation is welcome but not required.
