Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for meeting with potential clients, evaluating project needs on-site, and preparing accurate, professional estimates that reflect our commitment to quality and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct on-site evaluations and consultations with clients
-Develop detailed, accurate project estimates and proposals
-Collaborate with office staff and operations to schedule and track estimates
-Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the estimating process
-Follow up on outstanding proposals and assist in converting leads to signed contracts
-Support project handoff to operations team upon client approval
Requirements
-Proven experience in estimating (preferred: painting, waterproofing, deck restoration, or similar trades)
-Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
