As a Project Superintendent at Cook Construction, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our high-end residential building projects. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, industry personnel, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of residential remodeling projects from start to finish.
-Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed to our high standards.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
-Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and industry members.
-Open and close the job site daily, ensuring security and readiness for work.
-Confirm detailed layouts, ensuring proper measurements and materials.
-Manage and process change orders efficiently.
-Coordinate and oversee inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
-Take photos and document project progress and milestones.
-Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
-Maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 7 - 10 years in high-end residential remodeling, with a strong background in carpentry.
-Experience working for a custom home builder in the San Francisco or Bay Area market is required.
-Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successful project management.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency with software such as Procore, BlueBeam, and/or Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
-High experience with full foundation remodeling (sectional pours, house shoring, etc.).
-Must live within 50 miles of San Francisco, and possess their own vehicle and a valid driver's license.
-Authorized to work in the USA
-Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Compensation:
Full Time- on site
-Competitive Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, open for discussion.
