Entry Level Solar Installer position open
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for someone who enjoys working outside with their hands, who wants to do more for the environment, who is reliable, punctual, works well with a team and has a positive attitude. We are looking for someone ready and willing to learn about cutting edge solar and battery storage. No experience necessary.
Shifts: Monday – Thursday, 8-4
Monday – Friday, 8-4
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Clean background check
Attention to detail
Positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Service minded
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders
Sample Duties include the following:
Layout, assemble, and installation of solar and energy storage mounting hardware
Installation of all relative solar and energy storage equipment
Install flashings on all roof penetrations
Preparing sites for ground mounted solar arrays
Installation of conduit to run electrical wiring
Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions and operational issues
Affectively commission systems with accurate customer information and site details
Attend job site final inspections as directed
Guide customers through a full site overview and system functionality
Starting salary is $22 - $25 per hour. Traditionally, since the company was founded, pay increases have been every spring.
We will train. We are always training on the cutting-edge products and technologies.
