Canepa is looking for an Experienced Auto Body Technician. This individual must be quality-minded, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of workmanship in the industry. We are seeking a person who is highly professional, who can work individually, as well as part of a multifunctional team.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years Auto body experience.
Preferred knowledge of Restoration style of bodywork
Knowledge of anti-corrosion treatments, substrate identification, surface preparation, undercoat product mixing and application.
Ability to remove and install bolt-on components.
Ability to perform substrate preparation mechanically or chemically.
Knowledge of vehicle body construction and fitting components together.
Skilled use of specialized alignment tools and welding equipment.
Job Description, includes but not limited to:
Provide excellent customer interaction and service.
Quality assurance of work performed/deliverable.
Adhere to safety protocols by following company policies and procedures.
Preform all duties of the restoration body and paint shop.
Inspect repairs for proper fit, finish and functionality.
Removal and replacement of parts ensuring to maintain wire organization.
Realign car frame and chassis to repair structural damage.
