THE COMPANY:
Successful, busy, growing woman-owned residential remodeling company has been doing small residential remodels over 25 years in the greater Oakland area. Our business continues to grow strong with customer referrals and we are looking for someone who will take pride in their work and support our positive reputation.
THE POSITION:
We need an individual with knowledge and experience in all building phases – foundation to finish. We are looking for a long-term commitment and someone interested in growing with the business. Good humor, loyalty, integrity and dependability are a must. The right candidate will be good with details and have their own hand tools.
Desired knowledge/experience (3-5 years) should include - kitchen/bath, demolition, rough framing, finish carpentry, rough electrical, rough tiling, etc.
Other requirements include the ability to use equipment and tools safely and properly, knowledge of safe working procedures, able to work independently and as part of a team, able to complete daily activities according to schedule, and able to communicate with co-workers.
