Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience Estimating in the Home Construction Industry
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Organization skills
- A Positive Great Attitude
- Team Player
- Master of time management
Must have:
- Experience estimating
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience with estimating software preferred
- Valid California state driver's license.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Be able to communicate with G.C. and Project Managers
- Must understand, and be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
