Immediate opening for an experienced Handyman. Applicants should have a great working attitude, able to converse with project manager and homeowners, be in good physical shape with no lifting restrictions, have familiarity with common hand tools, have reliable transportation to and from work, and be comfortable using ladders.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
3+ years full time employment working as a Handyman
Performs a wide variety of job scopes/all trades
Knows how to perform the work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, tile, framing, and carpentry
Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback
English speaking
Have your own work truck and necessary tools for your trade
Insurance
Valid Driver's License
Read blueprints and ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes preferred
Base Pay to be determined and negotiated.
