Timberline Engineering, based in Burlingame, California, is looking to hire an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and has the skills and knowledge to contribute to high-quality civil construction work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, and compactors safely and efficiently
Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
Understand and work with grades and elevations accurately
Work around underground utilities with care and awareness
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
Show up to work consistently and on time
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years of heavy equipment operating experience
Strong understanding of construction plans, grading, and utility work
Reliable and self-motivated with a solid work ethic
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
Valid driver’s license
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
