We are a small, established General Contractor, specializing in high rise retirement center and Hotel/Hospitality renovations.
PCCI is a General Contractor looking to fill a long-term/Full-Time position for an experienced Journeyman Carpenter.
The ideal candidate should be:
Skilled in both wood framing, metal stud framing & finish carpentry
comfortable working with a team as well as independently, is proactive with a problem-solving mindset and enjoys doing a little bit of everything in the construction field. Can follow directions given by supervisors.
Labor work such as demolition and cleanup of jobsite as needed.
Clean Record- and be Able to pass a Live Scan background check.
Polished, organized and on time.
Can multitask.
Have vehicle and basic hand tools.
Fluent in English with great communication skills ( Spanish a plus)
Clean DMV record.
Description of typical work:
Bathroom and kitchen demolition. Metal and wood stud framing, Prehung door installation, interior trim installation, cabinet installation, hardware install…
Supervision of Subcontractors.
All work is in San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. At least 5 years of related experience preferred. Must have a reliable transportation.
