Currently we are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician for our community in:
Pleasant Hill, CA - 65 units

$32.00 per hour +. Housing for your family will be included in your compensation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years apartment property maintenance experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
High school diploma or equivalent
Available to work a full-time and share an afterhours pager
MUST have reliable transportation and current driver’s license and insurance
Ability to lift 40 lbs. and climb ladders
Duties Include:
Complete apartment work orders accurately and in a timely fashion
Manage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turnover process so apartments are ready to lease for new residents to move in
Keep the grounds free of debris and trash, and upkeep on the Pool.
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Resolve electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, installations, service, and replacements in a responsible and professional manner that meets industry standards as needed by the apartment community. Including:
o Painting and drywall repair
o Plumbing repairs
o Electrical circuits, receptacles, breakers, switches, and fuses
o Light fixtures
o Installation and minor repairs of appliances such as stoves, refrigerators and dishwashers
o Toilets, sinks, vanities, and disposals
o Minor carpentry repairs
o Window screens and blinds
