Front-line supervision for all project personnel and phases of construction
Enforcement of Energy Safety Plan, quality control, scheduling, customer relations, and promoting teamwork with Project Manager, Engineers, City Officials, Inspectors, Safety Officials, Subcontractors and company personnel.
Ensure work performed reflects the plans and specifications outlined for the project within desired time frames and standards set by the Company and the Project Manager
Act as the primary on-site representative of the company on construction matters.
Motivate and effectively accomplish tasks through delegation to others to maximize production at the job site and minimizing downtime - High level of interpersonal skills is essential
Use schedule and plans to look ahead and ensure all materials, preparation, permits, inspections are confirmed so that all construction tasks are conducted safely, on time, and with the highest quality
Use schedule and plans to assist Project Manager with the development of Bill of Materials (BOM)
On site management of trade partners, vendors, and material suppliers to establish and maintain high expectations for subcontractors’ work performance and verify completion of all construction
Act as direct point of contact with city inspectors to schedule and attend inspections
Document each project’s progress with daily logs to Project Manager
Assist Project Manager with pre-construction meetings and weekly construction meetings
Can help with construction tasks as needed and required

Requirements
No remote work
HS Diploma or Higher Education, Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
5+ years relevant experience required in the commercial solar and development industry
Strong leadership and construction management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional knowledgeable in construction, commercial development
Basic knowledge of residential and commercial solar PV systems
Valid Driver’s license and ability to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
Must be able to repetitively lift and carry 50 pound packages
OSHA 10 Certification, and Knowledge and comfort with OSHA safety standards and strict adherence to company safety policies regarding fall protection, protective equipment, tailgate training and more
Personal means of reliable transportation to and from every job site, whenever company vehicle is not issued
Communicate with the construction manager and customer during the installation
Climb ladders and work at elevated heights of two or more stories on various roof types
Maintain a professional appearance and character on all job sites and with all customers and at all times
