Now Hiring a Local Finish / Remodeling Carpenter. Must have all tools and transportation. We are a flipping company. We are buying and selling condominiums and homes in the Napa Valley.
Job duties:
Installing doors, casings, crown moldings and shiplap wall paneling
Installing cabinet and door hardware
Installing bath vanities
Installing bath accessories ( mirrors, towel bars, etc.)
Install baseboards, smoke detectors, and window coverings.
Must have the ability to measure and do material takeoffs. We need a carpenter. Skills in painting or tile or drywall are not a priority. Must have reliable transportation. Complete tool kit.
We pay an hourly rate plus fuel when needed.
NOTE: Work can be done on Weekends if you are looking for side work.
