We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Alarm Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems in commercial and residential buildings. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of fire safety standards and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems in accordance with industry standards and local codes.

-Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of fire alarm systems to ensure functionality.

-Perform routine maintenance on fire alarm systems, including battery replacements, cleaning, and software updates.

-Respond to service calls and emergency situations in a timely manner.

-Keep accurate records of all inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

-Provide clients with clear and concise information about system operation and maintenance requirements.

-Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

-Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on larger projects.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician or in a similar role.

-Knowledge of fire alarm systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.

-Familiarity with NFPA codes and standards.

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

-Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
