We are a complete fire protection company offering design and installation of Fire Sprinkler systems in single-family custom homes to multi-family apartment buildings, from metal pre-fabricated buildings to concrete tilt-ups as well as parking structures, single-story and multi-level, commercial tenant improvements and new construction. Our company also offers five-year, annual, and quarterly inspections in existing commercial and residential buildings.
We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill our open Service Manager position.
Job Duties
Responsible for supervision and scheduling of assigned service technicians for all inspections, service repairs and corrections.
Carry out inspections, service repairs, system testing and corrections
Direct the everyday operational activities of the Service Department
Responsible for submitting all reports and pertinent paperwork in a timely manner.
Manage profit margins and costs on all Service-related jobs.
Handle all after-hours service calls
Maintain existing customer clients through anticipating ITM needs, resolving concerns, and by providing quotes and technical support.
Build and develop new customer clients
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in the Fire Protection Industry
CALFIRE Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter Card
Active Valid Driver’s License
Backflow Testing Certification
Exceptional oral & written communication skills with demonstrated sales techniques.
Leadership experience and proven negotiation skills and sales achievements.
Self-motivated and strong desire to succeed with the company.
Ability to work well independently as well as be a team player.
Understanding of NFPA Codes 25/13/13D/13R required.
Willing to climb ladders and lift up to 60 lbs
