Flooring Solutions, Inc. is a leading commercial floor covering contractor dedicated to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our in-house labor team and are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the flooring industry.
Job Description:
As an Apprentice Flooring Installer, you will work closely with our experienced installation team to learn the skills and techniques necessary to install various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, and tile. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to develop a long-term career in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and installation of flooring materials.
Learn and apply proper installation techniques from experienced installers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols on all job sites.
Support the team in completing projects on time and to a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Strong work ethic and punctuality.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Basic understanding of tools and construction is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
