WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Frame walls, floors, roofs, and structural components
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Use hand tools, power tools, and framing equipment safely
Work with other trades to coordinate framing activities
Ensure all work meets building codes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Problem-solve when measurements don’t line up
WHAT WE NEED:
2+ years of framing experience (residential/commercial)
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Own basic hand tools (we provide power tools and equipment)
Reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player who communicates well
WHAT WE OFFER:
$25-$35/hour based on experience and skill level
40+ hours per week, steady work year-round
