Essel is looking to hire full time Residential Rough Carpenters to build high end homes in San Francisco.
We are looking for journeymen with roughly 10 years of carpenter experience.
Must have all personal protective equipment and all relevant rough carpenter tools.

Full time: contract-to-hire
Pay: Negotiable
Duties:
Read, interpret and implement blueprints
Focus on the structural framing and foundational woodwork in home construction
Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood or engineered lumber for walls, floors, and roofs
Installing studs, joists, rafters, trusses, and beams
Laying and securing subflooring
