Long established construction company seeks individual to perform general construction tasks at a military installation located in San Bruno. Various tasks to be undertaken will be; drywall removal, replacement, patching, painting, minor framing, roofing removal, acoustical ceiling removal/replacement (T-bars and tiles), trash pickup/consolidation, and other general construction activities on an as-needed basis.
Ideal candidate will have five years minimum experience on previous construction projects with verifiable references. A resume is required and must be provided in Adobe pdf. format to be reviewed.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation by the DHS, and will require a current drivers license free of serious violations to gain military base access. Random drug testing is mandatory.
Again, this is not a full time position, but is as-needed. Work durations will not be less than 4 hours per day, but may not be every week, and unlikely to be 40 hours in any given week. The hourly rate for this position is between $50.00 - $75.00 per hour.
