A well-established custom home builder and remodeler for over 32 years is looking for a passionate and devoted individual that has integrity and a solid work ethic, and HONEST. With a minimum of 5 years of construction knowledge and all around field experience in all phases of residential construction pertaining to ways and means of the residential construction building process.
Although we are based in Scotts Valley, a majority of our work is between Los Gatos & Palo Alto.
The position requires you to have a basic understanding of interpreting building plans. You must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner with others and clients at all times.
You will be required to:
Interact respectfully with city officials, clients, architects & engineers
Work and interact successfully on-site with subs and vendors
Generate supplies and material lists
Perform occasional duties as a carpenter or finish carpenter
Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness and safety
Must be proficient in using all power tools
Towing and dumping of trailer

You will be provided a commercial truck for work and must possess a valid California Driver's License with no recent accidents or infractions. There will be a background check
