Position Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and skilled technician who can work independently and perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on mobile homes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working underneath mobile homes and capable of handling light handyman work around residential properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform leveling and repair work underneath mobile homes
Handle minor handyman and maintenance tasks as needed
Inspect work areas and ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards
Work independently and manage time effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with basic tools and repairs
Must be comfortable working in confined spaces (under homes)
Reliable transportation to job sites in the South Bay / San Jose area
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation:
