HANDYMAN / MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN NEEDED
Established Property Management Company seeking a Full Time maintenance professional for maintenance and repair of local apartments and Homeowner Associations in SF & Marin.
This position entails reporting daily to management office for work order instructions. Requires direct contact with customers and vendors. Work is primarily 8:30 to 5:00 but available for “on-call” emergency after hours calls (OT paid).
Must be able to speak English, communicate well. function with minimal supervision, have prior experience, strong work ethic, trustworthy, honest, meet tight deadlines, perform quality work.
This position is responsible for property maintenance as well as repairs/improvements at multiple locations.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting salary up to $33/hr. depending on experience.
Reimbursement for mileage & tolls.

Troubleshooting problems (Leaks, etc.)
Cleaning
Sheetrock repairs & Paint
Door & Lock repairs
Light Plumbing, Snaking
Light Electrical & Lighting
Light Carpentry
Light Mechanical
Appliance Installation
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be neat, have enthusiasm and desire for excellence
Prior experience
Excellent communication skills
Working cell phone is required for daily communication and dispatch purpose along with punching in and out to be paid.
Reliable transportation (Pickup or van)
Excellent employer references
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
No criminal record
Tools (all hand tools and normal power tools (in good and safe condition), no heavy tools required)
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. normally, 75 lbs. occasionally.
