We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for a small 24 Unit Apartment Community to perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks for residential buildings (2) and common areas to keep the property in good condition.
Repairs:
Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and repairing pipes.
Electrical: Replacing light fixtures, mounting TVs, and performing other basic electrical tasks.
HVAC: Checking for proper operation of Thermostats, Smoke and C02 Detectors
General: Patching drywall, painting walls and ceilings, and repairing minor carpentry issues.
Maintenance & Upkeep:
Routine Inspections: Conducting regular checks to identify and address potential problems.
Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
Maintain All Exterior Lighting and Utility Closet
Assist Manager with other Projects as assigned
