About the Role
We’re looking for an Experienced Trim Carpenter with a sharp eye for detail and a high standard of finish work. You’ll be responsible for executing precise interior carpentry on luxury residential projects—from crown molding and baseboards to doors, built-ins, and custom trim.
This role is hands-on and may include mentoring junior carpenters, coordinating with subs, and supporting overall site quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality finish carpentry and trim installation
Install doors, windows, built-ins, and cabinetry
Read and interpret plans with minimal supervision
Maintain project timelines and jobsite cleanliness
Collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively
Ensure accuracy and craftsmanship on all finish details
Support site leads and contribute to team safety
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in finish carpentry and trim work
Full set of trade-appropriate tools
Reliable truck with insurance
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Clean DMV record and drug-free
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Experience managing subcontractors or mentoring is a plus
Background in other trades (framing, cabinetry, etc.) is a bonus
