We are looking for a Plumber/Handy Man to join our team and provide general maintenance and repair services for our clients. The successful candidate will have experience in a variety of areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and more. The Handy Man must be able to work independently and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for problem solving.

Handyman
Light Plumbing - Drain Cleaning
Light Electrical
Tile - grout
Concrete work / Repair
Experience on commercial properties
PLUMBINGie, :
Drain line snaking
Replacing commercial toilets & Urinals
Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues
Finish Carpentry:
Drywall installation, repair - Smooth wall
Trim and millwork
Carpentry
Hardware repairs and replacement
Setting and installing doors
Flooring
Ceramic tile and grouting
VCT tile replacement
General building maintenance
Basic repairs to the interior of commercial, retail and restaurant buildings
Responsibilities:
Have knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
Repair and maintain buildings and equipment.
Be able to use a variety of tools and machines.
Be able to diagnose problems and determine solutions.
Have knowledge of safety procedures.
Ability to run a 100' snake for drain cleaning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: - $60,000.00 - $80,000 per year
