Hello! Electric Air (https://www.electricair.io) is hiring an experienced lead residential HVAC install technician. This would be a full time position. Projects are a mix of furnace changeouts for central heat pumps, dual fuel heat pumps added to existing gas furnaces, and ductless mini splits. Projects are throughout the Bay Area in San Jose, the Peninsula, East Bay, Marin and in San Francisco.
Experience with refrigerant handling, copper line set routing, duct work, condensate drain requirements, thermostat installation and wiring, and local building codes is a must. We prioritize candidates that have their own tools.
Competitive pay between $40-50/hr based on experience, with competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision insurance). You must have prior experience leading a team of installers and the ability to independently install systems with minimal guidance.
