POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will work closely with our senior site superintendent, overseeing various aspects of residential projects. If you have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, we encourage you to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Collaborate with the senior site superintendent to execute residential construction projects.
Provide guidance and supervision to a team of finish carpenters and skilled laborers.
Ensure adherence to project scope, including window/door installations, trim work, cabinet installations, deck building, waterproofing, and site protection.
Calculate material requirements and manage inventory efficiently.
Participate in both hands-on and administrative tasks throughout the day.
Assist in laying out sub-trades as needed.
