What We’re Looking For:
Experience in polished concrete, epoxy, or coatings preferred (but we will train the right candidates)
Reliable transportation to job sites (mostly in San Mateo)
Comfortable with power tools and physically demanding work
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
Strong work ethic, good attitude, and team spirit
Job Duties May Include:
Grinding, honing, and polishing concrete surfaces
Mixing and applying epoxy/resinous coatings
Surface prep, crack/joint repair, and moisture mitigation
Operating hand tools and heavy equipment (training provided)
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
