-Strong horticultural knowledge including plant identification, pest management, and a focus on natural pruning techniques
-Proficient in the use of of both powered and hand landscape tools
-Skilled in basic irrigation troubleshooting and repair
-Bilingual a must
-Clean driving record a must
-Proven leadership experience
-Punctual, profession, and detail-oriented
-Comfortable interacting with clients onsite
-Good computer skills, proficient in Google Suite
